摘　　要：本文从希望水平的概念、慢性心力衰竭患者希望水平研究现状、评估工具、相关影响因素和干预措施5个方面进行综述,旨在为临床医务工作者提高慢性心力衰竭患者的希望水平提供参考。This article reviews the concept of hope level,the research status of hope level in patients with chronic heart failure,evaluation tools,related influencing factors and interventions,aiming to provide a reference for clinical medical workers to improve the hope level of patients with chronic heart failure.
