摘　　要：目的 对普陀区社会工作者从业情况参与精神卫生工作现状和需求调查。方法 2024年5月~7月,采用自编问卷,调查普陀区社会工作者的从业情况及参与精神卫生工作的现状和需求。本次研究调查了580位受访者,回收有效问卷525份,无效问卷55份。结果 83.99%受访者具有精神卫生工作经验。有92.24%的受访者除了精神卫生工作还具有跨领域职责。64.40%受访者每周只有0%~29%的时间可以从事精神卫生相关工作。68.16%的受访者了解常见精神类药物,75.61%受访者了解严重精神障碍的六大类型。研究发现得到支持和帮助、直接从事服务提供者、上门面访服务对象、上门面访服务对象被拒绝,具有多重工作职责会显著增加从业者参与精神卫生工作的可能性。结论为了促进普陀区精神卫生社会工作的发展需要加强社工的培训,提供相关的支持和帮助,并且让社工多参与一线上门面访服务。同时,培养社工的多元身份有助于其提升社工工作能力。Objective Survey on the current status and needs of social workers'participation in Mental Health Work in Putuo District,Shanghai.Methods From May to July 2024,this study employs a self-designed questionnaire to investigate the employment status and the current situation and needs of social workers'involvement in mental health work in Putuo District.This study surveyed 580 respondents,with 525 valid questionnaires returned and 55 invalid questionnaires.Results 83.99%of the interviewees have experience in mental health work.92.24%of the interviewees have cross-disciplinary responsibilities in addition to mental health work.64.40%of the interviewees have only 0%~29%of their weekly time available for mental health-related work.68.16%of the interviewees are familiar with common psychoactive drugs,75.61%are familiar with the six major types of severe mental disorders.The research indicates that receiving support and assistance,directly serving as a service provider,conducting home visits to service recipients,and facing rejection during such visits,along with having multiple job responsibilities,significantly increases the likelihood of practitioners'engagement in mental health work.Conclusion To promote the development of mental health social work in Putuo District,it is necessary to strengthen the training of social workers,provide relevant support and assistance,and involve social workers more in front-line home visit services.At the same time,fostering the multiple identities of social workers helps to enhance their work capabilities.
