特异性心理技术对肺癌手术患者术前焦虑与术后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析在肺癌手术患者中开展特异性心理技术的临床效果。方法 将2022年4月~2024年4月期间昆山市第二人民医院收治的128例肺癌手术患者以整群抽样法进行分组,参照组(n=64)应用常规护理,试验组(n=64)在常规护理基础上联合特异性心理技术,对两组术前心理状态、生活质量、术后恢复情况、睡眠质量及护理满意度差异进行比较。正态计量资料以t检验,计数资料以x^(2)检验。结果 护理后,试验组SAS与SDS评分均低于参照组,生活质量各项评分均高于参照组,自主下床活动时间、心电监护时间、胸腔闭式引流时间以及住院时间均短于参照组,术后睡眠质量各项评分均低于参照组,护理满意度高于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 肺癌手术患者采用特异性心理技术能有效调节其术前心理状态,缓解焦虑,缩短术后恢复周期,提高睡眠质量及生活质量,有助于提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of specific psychological techniques in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 128 patients with lung cancer surgery admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Kunshan from April 2022 to April 2024 were divided into two groups in cluster sampling method.The reference group(n=64)was given routine care,while the experimental group(n=64)was given specific psychological techniques on the basis of routine care.The differences in preoperative psychological state,quality of life,postoperative recovery,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.T test was used for normal measurement data,and x^(2) test was used for count data.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the quality of life scores was higher than that in the reference group.The time of getting out of bed independently,ECG monitoring,closed thoracic drainage and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the reference group,and the score of postoperative sleep quality was lower than that in the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction was better than that in the reference group,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Specific psychological techniques can effectively adjust the preoperative psychological state of patients with lung cancer surgery,relieve anxiety,shorten the postoperative recovery cycle,improve the quality of sleep and life,and help to improve nursing satisfaction.
