摘　　要：目的 探讨以家庭为导向的心理护理对宫颈癌患者创伤后应激和对复发恐惧的影响。方法 选取2020年1月~2023年12月的108例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象。将研究对象分为观察组、参照组,各54例,分别采用以家庭为导向的心理护理、常规护理。对两组的护理效果进行对比分析,观察指标包括心理状态(SPBS、PPQ)、创伤后应激(PCL)、对复发的恐惧(FoP-Q-SF)、生活质量(UFS-QOL)、满意度。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x^(2)检验。结果 护理前,两组的心理状态、创伤后应激、对复发的恐惧、生活质量各指标比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组的SPBS评分低于参照组,观察组的PPQ评分高于参照组,观察组的PCL评分低于参照组,观察组的FoP-Q-SF评分低于参照组,观察组的UFS评分低于对照组,观察组的QOL评分高于参照组,观察组总满意率高于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 以家庭为导向的心理护理在宫颈癌患者中有着良好的应用效果。Objective To explore the impact of family oriented psychological care on post-traumatic stress and fear of recurrence in cervical cancer patients.Methods 108 cervical cancer patients from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The research subjects were divided into an observation group and a reference group,with 54 cases in each group,using family oriented psychological care and routine care,respectively.Compare and analyze the nursing effects of two groups,with observation indicators including psychological state(SPBS,PPQ),posttraumatic stress(PCL),fear of recurrence(FoP-Q-SF),quality of life(UFS-QOL),and satisfaction.Normal measurement data were tested by t test,count data were tested by x^(2).Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological status,post-traumatic stress,fear of recurrence,and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SPBS score,PCL score,FoP-Q-SF score,UFS score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,the PPQ score,QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family oriented psychological care has a good application effect in cervical cancer patients.
