亲情护理联合心理干预在老年焦虑症患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 以提高老年焦虑症患者护理水平为研究目标,在临床实践中引入亲情护理与心理干预相结合的综合护理模式,明确其对老年焦虑症患者的影响。方法 以2021年1月~2023年12月于院内接受诊疗的老年焦虑症患者为研究对象,共计90例,对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组(45例)、观察组(45例),分别以常规手段、亲情护理联合心理干预实施两组护理干预,对干预情况进行分析。结果 心理健康状态、睡眠质量、生活质量方面,两组相比,护理前组间无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组各项值更佳(P<0.05)。结论 在临床中采取亲情护理联合心理干预的护理方式,可改善患者的焦虑等不良情绪,减少负面情绪对睡眠不良影响,有利于提高生活质量水平。Objective The research objective is to improve the nursing level of elderly anxiety patients,and to introduce a comprehensive nursing model combining family care and psychological intervention in clinical practice,clarifying its impact on elderly anxiety patients.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with anxiety disorder who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects.After numbering each patient,a random selection method was used to set them as a control group(45 cases)and an observation group(45 cases).Two groups of nursing interventions were implemented using conventional methods and family care combined with psychological care,and the intervention situation was analyzed.Results In terms of mental health status,sleep quality,and quality of life,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),while the observation group had better values in all aspects after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a nursing approach that combines family care with psychological intervention in clinical practice can improve patients'anxiety and other negative emotions,reduce the impact of negative emotions on sleep,and improve their quality of life.
