摘　　要：目的 探究与分析多维度心理支持对长期透析患者治疗依从性和心理韧性的影响。方法 选取2022年2月~2023年5月本院收治的接受长期透析患者90例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组采取血透室的常规干预,观察组在其基础上增加多维度心理支持干预,对比两组干预前后的心理韧性、依从性、生活质量以及满意度。结果 干预后观察组与对照组相比,CD-RISC量表和SF-36量表评分较高(P<0.001)。同时,观察组与对照组相比,依从率和满意度也较高(P<0.05)。结论 血透室多维度心理支持应用于长期透析患者中,可有效地提高患者的心理韧性,明显提高对透析治疗的依从性,同时患者的生活质量得到明显改善,满意度也大幅提高。Objective To explore and analyze the impact of multidimensional psychological support on treatment adherence and psychological resilience in long-term dialysis patients.Methods A total of 90 long-term dialysis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,45 in each.The control group received routine interventions in the hemodialysis unit,while the observation group received additional multidimensional psychological support interventions.Psychological resilience,compliance,quality of life,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the observation group had significantly higher scores on the CD-RISC scale and SF-36 scale compared to the control group(P<0.001).The compliance rate and satisfaction in the observation group were also significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidimensional psychological support in the hemodialysis unit for long-term dialysis patients effectively improves psychological resilience,significantly enhances compliance with dialysis treatment,and improves patients'quality of life and satisfaction.
