摘　　要：随着大数据技术的快速发展,创新创业团队的决策模式正在从经验驱动转向数据驱动。该文围绕创新创业团队的决策需求,研究并构建了基于大数据分析的决策支持系统。系统通过大数据采集、清洗、分析和可视化,为团队提供包括市场趋势分析、用户需求预测、竞争对手监测和资源优化配置在内的支持功能。结合案例研究和试验验证,探讨了数据分析在提高决策效率、降低决策风险以及提升团队创新能力方面的优势。同时,分析了系统实施过程中可能遇到的技术与管理挑战,并提出了针对性的解决方案。研究结果表明,基于大数据的决策支持系统能够显著提升创新创业团队的决策科学性,为团队的成功提供强有力的支持。With the rapid development of big data technology,the decision-making mode of innovation and entrepreneurship teams is shifting from experience-driven to data-driven.This article focuses on the decision-making needs of innovation and entrepreneurship teams,and researches and builds a decision support system based on big data analysis.The system provides the team with support functions including market trend analysis,user demand prediction,competitor monitoring and resource optimisation allocation through big data collection,cleaning,analysis and visualisation.Combined with case studies and experimental validation,the advantages of data analysis in improving decision-making efficiency,reducing decision-making risks and enhancing the team's innovation ability are discussed.Meanwhile,the technical and management challenges that may be encountered during system implementation are analysed,and targeted solutions are proposed.The results of the study show that the decision support system based on big data can significantly improve the decision science of innovation and entrepreneurship teams and provide strong support for team success.
