摘 要:针对沙漠化治理中传统人工压沙方式效率低、成本高的问题,设计了一种智能化沙漠草方格压沙装备。该装备结合现代智能控制技术,通过模块化设计草方格铺设系统、动力系统、智能控制系统和监测系统,可适应不同地形条件下的压沙作业需求,采用有限元分析对设备关键结构进行了优化设计,并通过室内模拟试验和野外试验验证其性能和稳定性。试验结果表明,该装备具备作业效率高、草方格铺设均匀、地形适应能力强的特点,有效降低了治理成本,提高了沙漠化治理效率,为沙漠生态修复提供了可靠的技术支撑。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost of traditional manual sand compaction in desertification management,an intelligent desert grass grid sand compaction equipment is designed.Combined with modern intelligent control technology,this equipment can adapt to the sand compaction operation under different terrain conditions through modular design of grass lattice laying system,power system,intelligent control system and monitoring system.Finite element analysis is used to optimize the design of the key structure of the equipment,and the performance and stability are verified through indoor simulation test and field test.The test results show that the equipment has the characteristics of high operating efficiency,uniform grass grid laying and strong terrain adaptability,which effectively reduces the cost of treatment,improves the efficiency of desertification treatment and provides reliable technical support for desert ecological restoration.
