摘  要:为提高农业拖拉机工作稳定性和生产效率,该文结合传感器数据采集模块、故障识别算法、诊断数据存储与分析平台,构建PLC故障诊断系统,通过传感器实时监控拖拉机各关键部件的运行状态,收集温度、压力、电流、电压等数据,并利用神经网络算法对采集到的数据进行分析,识别潜在故障点并提供故障预警,基于诊断结果,制定维护策略和优化方案,包括定期检查、预防性维护以及故障处理措施。结果表明,所设计的PLC故障诊断与维护系统能够有效提高农业拖拉机的可靠性和稳定性。通过实时监测和诊断,系统能在故障发生前预警,显著减少拖拉机的停机时间和维修成本。此研究为农业机械的智能化管理和维护提供了新的思路和方法,有助于推动现代农业生产的高效化和智能化发展。In order to improve the working stability and productivity of agricultural tractors,this paper combines the sensor data acquisition module,fault recognition algorithm,diagnostic data storage and analysis platform to construct a PLC fault diagnosis system,which monitors the operating status of each key component of the tractor in real time through the sensors,collects the data such as temperature,pressure,current,voltage,etc.,and analyzes the collected data by using the neural network algorithm to Identify potential fault points and provide fault warning.Based on the diagnostic results,the maintenance strategy and optimization plan are formulated,including regular inspection,preventive maintenance,and troubleshooting measures.The results show that the designed PLC fault diagnosis and maintenance system can effectively improve the reliability and stability of agricultural tractors.Through real-time monitoring and diagnosis,the system can provide early warning before failure occurs,significantly reducing tractor downtime and maintenance costs.This research provides new ideas and methods for the intelligent management and maintenance of agricultural machinery,which helps to promote the efficient and intelligent development of modern agricultural production.
