摘 要:该文论述了新农科建设过程中农业电气化专业创新型人才培养的意义。农业电气化专业着眼于适应现代智慧农业发展的迫切需求,深度探寻创新能力培养的内在价值,激发大学生潜藏的创新精神。在落实过程中,课程设置是核心板块,锁定创新人才培养目标,打造创新课程并夯实实践环节。凭借推动教学团队教育理念革新,持续深入构建创新能力培养方法,助力农业电气化专业大学生成长为富有创新能力的高素质专业人才,为新农科发展注入强劲动力。This article elaborates on the significance of cultivating innovative talents in the agricultural electrification major during the construction of new agricultural sciences.This major focuses on meeting the urgent needs of the development of modern smart agriculture,deeply exploring the inherent value of cultivating innovative capabilities,and inspiring the latent innovative spirit of college students.In the implementation process,the curriculum design is a core component.It targets the cultivation goals of innovative talents,develops innovative courses and strengthens practical sessions.By promoting the renewal of the educational concepts of the teaching team,it continuously and thoroughly constructs professional innovative ability cultivation methods,helping the college students of this major to grow into high-quality professional talents with strong innovative capabilities,injecting powerful impetus into the development of new agricultural sciences.
