摘 要:该研究旨在通过优化猪骨骼标本预处理,缩短制作时间,简化组装方式,建立一种猪速成的猪骨骼标本制作方法。选取成年滇南小耳猪骨骼作为研究对象,使用水煮、风干以及风干水煮3种预处理方式,进一步筛选出骨骼预处理和趾骨的处理方法,并应用于猪全身骨骼标本的制作。使用风干后水煮的预处理方式,预处理时间只需7 d,相比于其他方法,这种方式得到的骨骼韧性和完整度更高。同时,对脚骨脱脂前的包裹处理有利于其结构辨识和组装。该研究通过对动物骨骼标本制作预处理方式的优化,实现了制作周期的压缩以及组装过程的简化,成功建立了一种快速预处理猪骨骼和组装小骨骼的方法,提高制作猪骨骼标本效率,可为制作猪骨骼标本提供参考。The aim is to establish a rapid pig bone specimen preparation method by optimizing the pre-treatment of pig bone specimens,shortening production time,simplifying assembly methods.This study selected the bones of adult Diannan Miniature pigs as the research object,and used three pre-treatment methods:boiling in water,air drying,and air drying and boiling in water to further screen out the pre-treatment methods for bones and toe bones,and applied them to the production of whole body bone specimens in pigs.Using the pre-treatment method of air drying and boiling in water,the pre-treatment time is only 7 days,and compared to other methods,this method results in higher bone toughness and integrity.Meanwhile,wrapping the foot bones before degreasing is beneficial for their structural identification and assembly.This study optimized the pre-treatment method for animal bone specimen production,achieved compression of the production cycle,and simplified the assembly process.A rapid pre-treatment method for pig bones and assembly of small bones was successfully established,improving the efficiency of pig bone specimen production and providing reference for pig bone specimen production.
