摘　　要：为做好骆驼布鲁氏菌病检测工作,应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(iELISA)、竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(cELISA)、虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)和试管凝集试验(SAT)5种方法对骆驼血清样品进行检测,以此筛选在生产实际中合适的检测方法。结果表明,GICA和cELISA、iELISA和cELISA的Kappa值均大于0.7,一致性较好;与SAT相比,RBT敏感性、特异性、符合率最高,假阳性和假阴性率最低。建议在开展大规模骆驼布病检测时,可先用RBT初筛,再用SAT或cELISA复检。为降低骆驼布鲁氏菌病误诊、漏诊率,建议多种血清学方法联合检测,提高诊断准确性。In order to enhance the detection of camel brucellosis,five methods,namely Indirect Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay(iELISA),Competitive Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay(cELISA),Rose Bengal Test(RBT),Gold Immunochromatographic Assay(GICA),and Serum Agglutination Test(SAT),were applied to detect camel serum samples,aiming to select appropriate testing methods for practical production.The results indicate that the Kappa values between GICA and cELISA,as well as iELISA and cELISA,are both greater than 0.7,showing good consistency.Compared with SAT,RBT has the highest sensitivity,specificity,and agreement rate,and the lowest false positive and negative rates.Therefore,it is recommended that in large-scale camel brucellosis testing,RBT could be initially used for screening followed by SAT or cELISA for retesting.To reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates of camel brucellosis,it is suggested to combine multiple serological methods for testing to improve diagnostic accuracy.
