精制敌百虫粉鉴别及含量测定方法优化

摘  要:该研究建立了精制敌百虫粉中敌百虫含量的反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定方法。采用十八硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,检测波长200 nm,流动相为水(用85%磷酸溶液调节pH值至3.0)-乙腈(85∶15),流速1.0 mL/min。结果表明,敌百虫在0.30~9.00 mg/mL浓度范围内含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,平均回收率100.1%,RSD为1.6%。该方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于该制剂的鉴别及含量测定。A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established to determine the content of dichlorvos in refined dichlorvos powder.Using a silica gel column bonded with octadecylsilane,detection wavelength of 200 nm,mobile phase of water(adjusted to pH 3.0 with 85%phosphoric acid solution)-acetonitrile(85∶15),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the content and peak area of dichlorvos in the concentration range of 0.30~9.00 mg/mL,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998,an average recovery rate of 100.1%,and RSD of 1.6%.This method is simple,accurate,rapid,and has good reproducibility,and can be used for the identification and content determination of this preparation.
