摘　　要：该研究旨在探讨西北一牧场在2018—2021年间饲养的18 431头荷斯坦奶牛的头胎生产性能及其影响因素。通过筛选和整理,最终获得了2 481头奶牛的关键生产性能数据。采用9∶1的比例将数据分为训练集和测试集,利用K-means聚类分析方法对训练集中的几个因素变量进行聚类。研究结果表明,早期生长发育指标对奶牛的头胎生产性能具有显著影响,提示在后备奶牛的饲养管理中需重点关注这些关键指标,以提高奶牛的头胎生产性能,进而提升整体养殖效益。The purpose of this study was to explore the first-born performance and its influencing factors of 18431 Holstein cows raised in a pasture in northwest China from 2018 to 2021.Through screening and sorting,the key production performance data of 2481 cows were finally obtained.The data were divided into training set and test set with a ratio of 9∶1,and several factors in the training set were clustered by K-means clustering analysis.The results show that the early growth and development indicators have a significant impact on the first-born performance of dairy cows,suggesting that these key indicators should be focused on in the feeding management of backup dairy cows in order to improve the first-born performance of dairy cows and thus enhance the overall breeding efficiency.
