摘 要:为研究新疆褐牛肉用类型育种群体各阶段生长发育性能,对该群体出生、6、12、18、24月龄体尺、体重性状进行跟踪测定,并运用超声波扫描仪测定背膘厚度、眼肌面积和肌间脂肪。结果表明,随着月龄增加牛体尺、体重指标呈现增加趋势,6~12月龄阶段增加速度较快,牛胸围指数、管围指数、体长指数、体躯指数平均值分别为131.50%、14.52%、116.90%、112.45%。随着月龄增加背膘厚度、眼肌面积、肌间脂肪值也呈现上升趋势,24月龄时眼肌面积达到51.22 cm~2,肌间脂肪达到4.22%。通过有计划的选种选育新疆褐牛后期生长发育优势明显,体尺、体重选育效果显著,从肉质性状指标可以看出肉用性能表现较好。To study the growth and development performance of Xinjiang brown beef breeding population at different stages,this study tracked and measured the body size and weight traits of the population at birth,6,12,18,and 24 months of age,and used ultrasound scanners to measure backfat thickness,eye muscle area,and intermuscular fat.The results showed that with the increase of age,the body size and weight indicators of cattle showed an increasing trend,and the increase rate was faster in the 6~12 month age stage.The average values of chest circumference index,tube circumference index,body length index,and body mass index of cattle were 131.50%,14.52%,116.90%,and 112.45%,respectively.At the same time,as the age increases,the backfat thickness,eye muscle area,and intermuscular fat value also show an upward trend.At 24 months of age,the eye muscle area reaches 51.22 cm2 and the intermuscular fat reaches 4.22%.The planned selection and breeding of Xinjiang brown cattle have shown significant advantages in later growth and development,with significant results in body size and weight selection.From the meat quality indicators,it can be seen that the meat performance is good.
