摘 要:为进一步研究哈萨克羊与杜哈F1、特哈F1杂交组合,毛色和抗病的差异性,该试验以体格、膘情良好的适龄哈萨克羊作为母本,以特克赛尔羊(Texel)、杜泊羊(Dorper)作为父本,进行杂交试验。结果表明,生长性状方面,对照组身躯无斑点,试验组特哈F1、杜哈F1身躯出现斑点率均大于50%;发病率方面,特哈F1高于杜哈F1、哈萨克羊,且死亡率特哈F1高于哈萨克羊和杜哈F1;胴体重方面,杜哈F1极显著高于特哈F1、哈萨克羊(P<0.01),且特哈F1极显著高于哈萨克羊(P<0.01)。由此可见,利用杜泊羊种公羊杂交改良本地哈萨克羊效果优于特克赛尔羊、哈萨克羊。In order to further study the differences of coat color and disease resistance between Kazakh sheep and Duha F1 and Teha F1 crossbreeds,this experiment took well-built and well-bred Kazakh sheep as the female parent,and Texel sheep and Dorper sheep as the male parent.The results showed that there were no spots in the body of control group,and the rates of spots in the body of Teha F1 and Duha F1 in experimental groups were more than 50%.The morbidity of Teha F1 is higher than that of Duha F1 and Kazakh sheep,and the mortality of Duha F1 and Kazakh sheep were lower than that of Teha F1.The carcass weight of Duha F1 was significantly higher than that of Teha F1 and Kazakh sheep(P<0.01),and Teha F1 was significantly higher than that of Kazakh sheep(P<0.01).It can be seen that the improvement of local Kazakh sheep by using Dorper ram crossbreeding is better than that of Texel and Kazakh sheep.
