摘 要:丛枝菌根真菌(简称AM真菌或AMF)是草原生态系统不可缺少的成员,对草原生态系统中物质转化、能量流动以及植物的多样性起着重要作用。该文综述不同放牧强度对草地丛枝菌根真菌多样性的影响,随着放牧强度的增加,草地植被的生物量、植物多样性以及生产力逐渐减少,土壤结构也遭到破坏,间接导致AM真菌的多样性发生变化,但针对不同草地类型和不同建群种(优势种),放牧强度对AM真菌多样性的影响不同。最后,就今后草原土壤AM真菌多样性研究的侧重点进行了展望。Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are indispensable members of grassland ecosystem,which play an important role in material transformation,energy flow and plant diversity in grassland ecosystem.This paper summarized the effects of different grazing intensity on the diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in grassland.With the increase of grazing intensity,the biomass,plant diversity and productivity of grassland vegetation gradually decreased,and soil structure was also destroyed,which indirectly led to the change of AM fungi diversity.However,for different grassland types and different constructive species(dominant species),grazing intensities had different effects on the diversity of AM fungi.Finally,the future research emphasis of AM fungi diversity in grassland soil was prospected.
