摘　　要：1只雪纳瑞犬频发呕吐,果冻状腹泻,在外院对症治疗效果不佳转至医院。经检查发现,血常规、生化、血气、肝、肾检查结果指标升高明显,已出现急性肾衰竭的无尿症状。结合影像检查和核酸检测,诊断为钩端螺旋体感染,与宠主充分沟通后,对该犬使用抗生素配合血液透析和支持疗法。患病犬对治疗反应表现良好,经过21 d的治疗后痊愈出院。该文强调兽医从业和宠物主人对钩体病应保持高度警惕,同时及时诊断和应用正确治疗方案能有效提高疾病治愈率。A Schnauzer dog with frequent vomiting and jelly-like diarrhea was transferred to our hospital after poor symptomatic treatment in other hospitals.After examination,it was found that the indexes of blood routine,biochemistry,blood gas,liver and kidney examination were significantly elevated,and there were anuria symptoms of acute renal failure.Combined with imaging and nucleic acid testing,leptospirosis infection was diagnosed.After full communication with the pet owner,antibiotics,hemodialysis and supportive therapy were used to treat the dog.The dog responded well to treatment and was discharged after 21 days of treatment.The article emphasizes that veterinary practitioners and pet owners should be highly vigilant to leptosoma disease,and timely diagnosis and application of correct treatment can effectively improve the cure rate of the disease.
