摘  要:犬瘟热是由犬瘟热病毒引起的一种高度接触性传染病,临床诊断准确性直接关系到患犬预后。该文从定义和原理等方面概述了犬瘟热病毒核酸检测技术,分析该技术在临床诊断中存在的样本采集处理不当导致漏检、引物探针设计不合理影响特异性、检测方法选择不当降低灵敏度、联合检测和综合诊断意识不足等缺点,并提出了规范样本采集处理流程、优化引物探针设计、合理选择检测方法、加强联合检测和综合诊断等优化策略建议,以期为犬瘟热诊断和防控提供参考。Canine distemper is a highly contagious disease caused by canine distemper virus,and the accuracy of clinical diagnosis is directly related to the prognosis of infected dogs.This paper summarizes canine distemper virus nucleic acid detection technology from the aspects of definition,principle and applicable diseases,and analyzes the shortcomings of this technology in clinical diagnosis,such as improper sample collection and processing leading to missed detection,unreasonable primers and probes design affecting specificity,improper selection of detection methods reducing sensitivity,lack of awareness of joint detection and comprehensive diagnosis.In order to provide reference for diagnosis and control of canine distemper,some optimization strategies were proposed,such as standardizing sample collection and processing process,optimizing primers and probes design,rationally selecting detection methods,strengthening joint detection and comprehensive diagnosis.
