摘  要:为优化某新型敏感子弹药的稳定旋转运动性能,探索新的扫描机理下系统的稳态扫描运动特性规律,根据周向敏感子弹药的结构组成和作用流程,基于拉格朗日力学方程建立了下落段旋转伞-子弹药系统动力学模型,利用ADAMS动力学仿真软件建立了仿真模型,分析了影响子弹药系统的稳态扫描特性因素,获得了扫描运动规律。结果表明:子弹质量偏心距主要影响子弹的摆角以及达到稳定状态的时间,质心偏移距离越大,子弹摆角也越大,系统达到稳定状态的时间也越长,对其它稳态扫描参数影响较小;导旋力矩系数的增大会提高稳定转速,降低稳态扫描间距,延长系统达到稳态的时间,对摆角影响较小。仿真模型及结果对系统的稳定性和导旋装置的设计提供参考。In order to optimize the stable rotational motion performance of a new type of sensitive submunition and explore the stable scanning motion characteristics of the sensitive submunition system under the new scanning mechanism,the dynamic model in the falling stage was established based on the structural composition and action process of the transverse sensitive submunition,and the simulation model was established using the ADAMS dynamic simulation software.The factors affecting the stable scanning characteristics of the submunition system were analyzed,and the scanning motion law was obtained.The results show that the mass eccentricity distance of the bullet mainly affects the swing angle and the time to reach a stable state.The larger the mass eccentricity distance is,the larger the swing angle is,and the longer time to reach a stable state is,and the other parameters are less affected;The increase of the torque coefficient guiding the rotation will increase the stable rotational speed,reduce the steady-state scanning distance,extend the time to reach steady-state,and have litle effect on the swing angle.The simulation model and results provide reference for the design of the stability and the spinning device of the system.
