摘 要:在考虑备件周期供应条件下对舰船装备备件利用率的计算及其应用进行研究。首先,基于指数型备件利用率的计算,从失效率等效的思想出发,给出了常见的非指数备件,威布尔型备件和伽马型备件的利用率计算方法;其次,在考虑备件周期供应的条件下给出备件利用率概率模型;然后,在给定保障概率要求的条件下,以备件费用占比最大为目标建立了仓库备件优化模型并给出模型求解步骤;最后,通过仿真分析说明了非指数型备件及考虑备件周期供应时备件利用率计算方法的有效性,并通过应用分析说明备件利用率在备件配置中的应用,并为利用率评估提供数值参考。This study focuses on the calculation and application of spare parts utilization rate for naval equipment under the consideration of spare parts cycle supply.Firstly,based on the calculation of the utilization rate of exponential spare parts,starting from the idea of equivalent failure rate,a calculation method for the utilization rate of common nonexponential spare parts,Weibull spare parts and gamma spare parts is provided.Secondly,a probability model for spare parts utilization rate is given considering the supply cycle of spare parts.Then,under the given guarantee probability requirements,a warehouse spare parts optimization model was established with the goal of maximizing the proportion of spare parts costs,and the model-solving steps were provided.Finally,a simulation analysis was conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method for calculating the utilization rate of nonexponential spare parts and considering the supply cycle of spare parts.Application analysis was also conducted to illustrate the application of spare parts utilization rate in spare parts configuration and provide numerical references for utilization rateevaluation.
