摘  要:气体绝缘开关(Gas Insulated Switchgear,CIS)设备常用于复杂环境中,存在湿度、温度、压力等多种噪声干扰因素,且其由多层绝缘和封闭式结构组成,使得硫化氮(SF6)气体泄漏点监测难度较高。为此,提出一种微量泄漏实时监测算法。利用红外检测法初步采集气体图像样本,利用红外图像的噪声总能量的特征向量归一化结果,分解SF6气体泄漏红外图像的背景区域和气体泄漏点区域,实现SF6气体泄漏的定位。基于此,建立气体浓度监测函数,并SF6预测气体泄漏时间,实现SF6泄漏气体的实时监测。实验结果表明,所提方法的气体泄漏位置定位精度高、图像去噪效果好,且方法应用过程中受风速影响较低。Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)equipment is often used in complex environments,where there are many noise interference factors such as humidity,temperature,pressure,etc.,and it consists of multi-layer insulation and closed structure,which makes it difficult to monitor the leakage of Nitrogen Sulfide(SF6)gas.Therefore,a real-time monitoring algorithm for trace leakage is proposed.Using the infrared detection method to initially collect gas image samples,and using the infrared image of the total energy of the noise of the eigenvector normalization results,the background area and gas leak point area of the SF6 gas leak infrared image are decomposed to achieve the localization of SF6 gas leakage.Based on this,the gas concentration monitoring function is established,and the time of SF6 leakage is predicted to realize the real-time monitoring of SF6 leakage.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy in locating the gas leakage position,good image denoising effect,and low influence of wind speed in the application process.
