摘  要:电子束焊机(EBW)加速电源输出电压的精度是决定焊接质量的重要因素,而电源系统主电路结构的合理性是保证电源输出电压质量的前提条件。针对传统高压稳定电源电压增益小、固有纹波大等缺陷,设计了一种基于耦合电感技术的Super-Boost型高压开关电源电路。电路具有结构简单、电压增益高、可控性好、扩展灵活方便等特点,可通过调节电感耦合程度来抑制纹波,提高了输出电压的稳定精度。利用PSIM软件对所设计的电源系统进行建模和仿真,验证了电路设计的可行性、正确性和性能优越性。The accuracy of the output voltage of the accelerating power supply(PS)of electron beam welder(EBW)is an important factor to determine the welding quality,and the proper structure of the PS'main circuit is a prerequisite for the good quality of output voltage.Aiming at the defects of small voltage gain and large inherent ripple of traditional high-voltage PS,a new high-voltage switching PS system based on Super-Boost and coupled inductor was designed.The proposed PS has the characteristics of simple structure,high voltage gain,good controllability,flexible and convenient expansion.Furthermore,by adjusting the degree of inductance coupling,the output voltage ripple can be suppressed and thus improve output accuracy.The PSIM software was used to model and simulate the designed power system,verifying the feasibility,correctness,and superior performance of the circuit design.
