摘 要:新能源发电具有间歇性和波动性的特点,这导致电网的供需平衡经常处于动态变化之中。当新能源发电设备出现故障或遭遇突发事件时,物资调度系统需要迅速响应,确保备用设备或维修部件能够及时送达,进而保障电力供应的稳定性和连续性。因此,提出一种数据驱动下含新能源电网物资紧急调度算法。以调度总成本最小、时间满意度和需求点物资满意度最大作为优化目标,基于数据驱动构建目标函数;为了确保调度方案在实际操作中的可行性和有效性,对中转点和供应点展开相应约束,在此基础上,使用ICA算法在物资满意度、时间满意度和调度成本之间找到最佳的折衷方案,并利用克隆进化算子改进ICA算法进行目标函数求解,确定最佳调度方案。通过仿真证明,采用所提算法可以确定最优含新能源电网物资紧急调度方案,可以为实际应用提供决策依据。New energy power generation has the characteristics of intermittence and fluctuation,which leads to the dynamic change of the supply and demand balance of the power grid.When new energy power generation equipment fails or encounters unexpected events,the material dispatching system needs to respond quickly to ensure that standby equipment or maintenance parts can be delivered in time,thus ensuring the stability and continuity of the power supply.Therefore,a data-driven emergency scheduling algorithm for power grid materials containing new energy sources is proposed.Taking the minimum total scheduling cost,the maximum time satisfaction and the maximum material satisfaction at the demand point as the optimization objective,the objective function is constructed based on the data drive.In order to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheduling scheme in practical operation,the transfer point and supply point are constrained accordingly.On this basis,the ICA algorithm is used to find the best compromise among material satisfaction,time satisfaction and scheduling cost,and the clonal evolution operator is used to improve the ICA algorithm to solve the objective function and determine the best scheduling scheme.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can determine the optimal emergency scheduling scheme of power grid materials containing new energy,and can provide a decision-making basis for practical application.
