摘 要:灌溉用变压器在实际运行过程中,存在负载状态难以精确评估的问题,导致在负载波动大、不平衡以及非线性负载等情况下,变压器容易因过载而自动关停。为了解决这一问题。提出考虑负载状态的灌溉用变压器自动关停技术。分析灌溉用变压器的散热过程与热路建模,理解其运行状态。通过对灌溉用变压器展开绕组-油流传热与油流-空气传热分析,能够计算变压器顶层油温,进而获得变压器负载情况。将变压器负载信息输入LSTM网络中展开负载预测,并与变压器状态临界阈值展开对比,实现对变压器关停状态的自动控制。实验结果表明,所提方法可精准的完成负载检测与预测,同时在测试过程中表现出良好的控制效果。In the actual operation process of irrigation transformers,it is difficult to accurately evaluate the load state,which leads to the transformer being automatically shut down due to overload under the conditions of large load fluctuation,unbalanced load and nonlinear load.In order to solve this problem,an automatic shutdown technology for irrigation transformers considering load status is proposed.The heat dissipation process and thermal circuit modeling of the irrigation transformer are analyzed to understand its operation state.Through the analysis of the heat transfer between the winding and oil flow and the heat transfer between oil flow and air in the irrigation transformer,the top oil temperature of the transformer can be calculated,and then the transformer load can be obtained.The transformer load information is input into the LSTM network to carry out load prediction,and compared with the critical threshold of the transformer state,so as to realize the automatic control of the transformer shutdown state.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately complete the load detection and prediction,and at the same time,it shows good control effect in the test process.
