摘  要:汽车乘员舱的热舒适性已经成为智慧座舱的重要研究内容之一,根据高速工况下舱内热环境的特点,建立乘员舱模型,通过调节送风参数,基于PMV(Predicted Mean Vote)-PPD(Predicted Percent Dissatisfied)指标来评估乘员舱夏季工况下舱内热特性和乘员舒适度的变化。结果表明:由于太阳辐射、环境温度、人体热响应等因素造成舱内的温度场分布不均匀。增加质量流量,乘员舱内的制冷量增加,提高乘员舱内的降温效果,驾驶员PPD指标由10.32%降至为5.08%,PMV-PPD评价指标趋于合理,舱内的热舒适度有所提高。提高出风温度,单位时间内舱内的制冷量减少,乘员舱内的平均温度也随之升高,驾驶员的PMV指标由-1.63上升为1.19,PMV-PPD评价指标呈上升趋势,舱内的热舒适水平下降。Thermal comfort of the vehicle occupant compartment has become one of the important research elements of the intelligent cockpit.In this study,based on the characteristics of the cabin thermal environment under high-speed operating conditions,a passenger compartment model was established to evaluate the changes of cabin thermal characteristics and occupant comfort under summer operating conditions in the passenger compartment based on PMV(Predicted Mean Vote)-PPD(Predicted Percent Dissatisfied)index by adjusting the air supply parameters.The results show Uneven distribution of the temperature field in the passenger compartment due to solar radiation,ambient temperature,and human thermal response.that when the mass flow rate is increased,the cooling capacity in the cabin increases and the cooling effect in the cabin is improved,and the PPD index of the driver decreases from 10.32%to 5.08%,and the PMV-PPD index tends to be reasonable and the thermal comfort in the cabin is improved.By increasing the exhaust temperature,the cooling capacity in the cabin per unit time decreases,and the average temperature in the passenger cabin also increases.The PMV index of the driver increases from-1.63 to 1.19,and the PMV-PPD evaluation index shows an upward trend.The thermal comfort level in the cabin decreases.
