摘 要:平直度测量是保证铁路安全运输中不可缺少的环节,但测量过程易受噪声信号、高频率振动、复杂环境等问题的干扰,为了解决上述问题,提出有缝线路钢轨焊接接头平直度测量方法。采集有缝线路钢轨的轮廓点数据,并提取轮廓点的像素坐标,以像素坐标为基准,采用三角网连接法构建钢轨的三维模型。在三维模型中提取焊接接头平直度曲线,为了避免噪声对测量过程产生干扰,采用最小二乘法剔除曲线中的噪声,并通过模拟平尺法得到钢轨的平直度,完成有缝线路钢轨焊接接头的平直度测量。仿真结果表明,所提方法的测量时间短、测量精度高、抗干扰性强。Flatness measurement is an indispensable step in ensuring the safety of railway transportation.However,the measurement process is susceptible to interference from noise signals,high-frequency vibration and complex environments.In order to solve these problems,a method for measuring the flatness of welded rail joints on jointed tracks was proposed.Firstly,we collected the data of contour points on the rail of the jointed track,and extracted the pixel coordinates of contour points.According to the pixel coordinates,we built a 3D model of rail by the triangular network connection method.Moreover,we extracted the flatness curve of the welded joint from the 3D model.In order to avoid noise interference in the measurement process,we used the least square method to eliminate the noise in the curve.Then,we used the simulated levelling method to calculate the flatness of the rail.Finally,we completed the flatness measurement for the welded rail joint.Simulation results show that the proposed method has short measurement time,high measurement accuracy,and strong anti-interference ability.
