摘  要:铰缝处混凝土病害是装配式梁桥面临的较为严峻的安全问题,采用何种指标对其进行表征是需要考虑的问题。基于多座桥梁的实际监测数据和数值模拟开展了研究,结果表明:灰色预测模型可对桥梁健康状态初步把控和预测,且数据更具真实性;基于斯皮尔曼系数并结合装配式梁桥力学模型可给出横向协同系数计算公式;结合跑车试验数据和蒙特卡洛交通流模拟,利用有限元软件可以有效表征桥梁各梁横向协同效应情况;基于多项式滤波可对长期监测数据处理分析横向协同效应,并对比实际观测验证了其准确性。证明了基于斯皮尔曼系数的横向协同分析可以用于装配式梁桥的健康状态评估。The Concrete damage at the hinge joints is a serious safety problem faced by prefabricated girder Bridges,and it is necessary to consider which index to characterize it.Based on the actual monitoring data and numerical simulation of several Bridges,the results show that the grey prediction model can initially control and predict the health state of Bridges,and the data is more authentic.Based on Spearman coefficient and combined with the mechanical model of assembled beam bridge,the calculation formula of the lateral cooperation coefficient can be given.Combined with the test data of sports car and Monte Carlo traffic flow simulation,the lateral synergistic effect of bridge beams can be effectively characterized by finite element software.Based on polynomial filtering,the horizontal synergistic effect can be analyzed on long-term monitoring data,and its accuracy is verified by comparing with actual observation.It is proved that the lateral collaborative analysis based on Spearman coefficient can be used to evaluate the health status of prefabricated girder Bridges.
