摘　　要：基于直觉犹豫模糊集的特点,利用其可以在复杂环境下全面描述专家评价信息的优势,将图理论与直觉犹豫模糊集相结合,提出了直觉犹豫模糊图的概念以及相关运算法则。多属性决策问题是决策理论中的关键研究领域,它涉及在多个属性的备选方案中,决策者根据各方案的综合表现,选择一个最优方案.基于直觉犹豫模糊图理论的研究,本文提出了一种新的多属性决策方法,利用直觉犹豫模糊图对各备选方案进行分析和评价。最后,通过企业战略投资计划的具体案例求解,说明了文中所提多属性决策方法的可行性和有效性。Based on the characteristics of intuitionistic-hesitant fuzzy sets,which can comprehensively describe expert evaluation information in complex environments,this paper combines graph theory with intuitionistic-hesitant fuzzy sets and introduces the concept of intuitionistic-hesitant fuzzy graphs along with the related operational rules.Multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)is a key research area in decision theory,which involves selecting the optimal alternative from a set of alternatives based on their overall performance across multiple attributes.Building on the research of intuitionistic-hesitant fuzzy graph theory,this paper proposed a new multi-attribute decision-making method,utilizing intuitionistic-hesitant fuzzy graphs to analyze and evaluate the alternatives.Finally,through a specific case study of corporate strategic investment planning,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed multi-attribute decision-making method were demonstrated.
