摘  要:针对开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor,SRM)转矩脉动大的问题,在电流斩波控制(Current Chopper Control,CCC)基础上提出追踪式开关角控制方法。方法设计了两种换向控制器,可以实时追踪到开关磁阻调速系统(Switched Reluctance Drive,SRD)最优的导通角和关断角。通过采集关断相的相电流,对关断角进行调整,确保关断相不会出现负转矩,减小SRM的转矩脉动;在导通角的设置上使用转矩分配函数(Torque Sharing Function,TSF)计算最佳的参考转矩并与实际转矩相比,计算出合适的导通角并进行调整。通过MATLAB/simulink平台搭建模型的仿真平台,仿真结果表明所提方法可以实时调整导通角和关断角,并且基于CCC的追踪式开关角控制方法相较于传统CCC抑制转矩脉动能力增强了27%,该方法可以有效的抑制开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动。Aiming at the problem of large torque ripple of Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM),this paper proposes a tracking switching angle control method based on Current Chopper Control(CCC).This method designs two commutation controllers,which can track the optimal on-angle and off-angle of the Switched Reluctance Drive(SRD)in real time.By collecting the phase current of the turn-off phase,the turn-off angle is adjusted to ensure that the turn-off phase does not have negative torque and reduce the torque ripple of the SRM.In the setting of the conduction angle,the Torque Sharing Function(TSF)is used to calculate the best reference torque and compare it with the actual torque to calculate the appropriate conduction angle and adjust it.The simulation platform of the model is built by MATLAB/Simulink platform.The simulation results show that the proposed method can adjust the conduction angle and the turn-off angle in real time,and the tracking switching angle control method based on CCC is compared with the traditional CCC.The ability to suppress torque ripple is enhanced by 27%.This method can effectively suppress the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor.
