中医四诊合参辅助诊疗系统的动态仿真

摘  要:构建中医诊疗的数学基本模型并优化算法,应用于四诊合参辅助诊疗仪。采用阴阳五行学说的数学模型,将五脏六腑表里关系及包含奇恒之的影响因素与之关联,构建中医诊疗的数学基本模型并对算法进行优化。用四诊合参辅助诊疗仪在临床中采集92例患者的四诊信息后做出诊疗建议。四诊合参辅助诊疗仪对所采集患者的脉诊、舌诊、闻诊信息分析及患者体质按照阴阳五行分类与医师诊断结果一致性良好,稳定性、重复性、辨证及治疗建议结果与医师诊断结果符合率高,四诊合参辅助诊疗仪辅助诊断及治疗建议结果均得到临床医师的认可。结果表明构建的中医诊疗数学模型、算法及整个模拟中医诊疗的仿真系统能很好地提升四诊合参辅助诊疗仪的使用效果。In this paper,the basic mathematical model for TCM diagnosis and treatment is constructed and the algorithm is optimized,which are applied to the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment instrument integrating the four diagnostic methods.Using the mathematical model of the theory of yin-yang and Five Elements,the basic mathematical model of TCM diagnosis and treatment is constructed by correlating the external and internal relationships of the five organs and six organs,as well as the influencing factors of the extraordinary organs.Based on this,the algorithm of the TCM four diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis system is optimized.The Four Diagnosis Information from 92 voluntary subjects was collected in the clinic using the TCM four diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis system,after which treatment suggestions were made.It was found the judgment of the portable apparatus on the indexes of TCM pulse diagnosis TCM tongue diagnosis TCM auscultation and TCM constitution classification according to the five elements theory in the 92 voluntary subjects were very well conformable to that made by TCM physicians and that the work of the portable BD-SZ apparatus showed high reproducibility and stability.Suggestions for diagnosis and treatment from the portable BD-SZ apparatus were recognized by clinical TCM physicians.The application results show that the constructed mathematical model,algorithm,and the entire simulation system for TCM diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve the effectiveness of TCM four diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis system.
