摘 要:互联网的广泛应用及其在社会中重要性的不断提升,越来越多的安全问题也随之而来。区县气象网络存在着一定的网络安全隐患,面临传统防御措施可能失效的问题,提出使用网络态势感知技术。研究了网络态势感知技术在区县气象网络安全领域的应用,提出使用AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)层次分析法和马尔科夫链模型对区县气象网络态势进行评估,并通过试验,结合区县气象网络的特点,对态势预测模型进行研究改进:针对区县气象网络的各设备、系统和网络拓扑的重要性,得出影响区县局气象网络安全的节点,使用AHP层次分析法对其进行分析;然后使用AHP层次分析法与马尔科夫链方法进行试验,对模型加以改进,并进行网络态势预测,对结果加以展示。最后完成对模型的进一步分析与检验。应用网络态势感知技术对区县气象局的网络数据进行全局视角的监测和评估,能提高对安全威胁的发现和处理能力。研究为区县气象部门和其它行业提供了一种有效的网络安全保障方案,具有一定的理论和实践意义。The widespread application of the Internet and its increasing importance in society have led to an increasing number of security issues.There are certain network security risks in the meteorological network of districts and counties,and traditional defense measures may fail.Therefore,the use of network situational awareness technology is proposed.The article studies the application of network situational awareness technology in the field of district and county meteorological network security,proposes the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Markov chain model to predict the network situation of district and county meteorological networks,and improves the algorithm model in combination with the characteristics of district and county meteorological networks.The algorithm focuses on the importance of various devices,systems,and network topology of district and county meteorological networks,Identify the nodes that affect the meteorological network security of district and county bureaus,and analyze them using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP);Then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Markov chain method to predict network situational awareness,and display the results;Finally,the improvement of the algorithm model was explained,and the prediction and evaluation of the network environment were completed.Further analysis and verification of the model were conducted.Applying network situational awareness technology to monitor and evaluate the network data of district and county meteorological bureaus from a global perspective can greatly improve the detection and processing capabilities of security threats.The research in this article provides an effective network security guarantee scheme for district and county meteorological departments and other industries,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
