摘　　要：习近平总书记关于全面深化改革的重要论述,就改革提出的一系列新的重大理论观点,创造性地丰富和发展了社会主义改革理论。在时代之维,习近平总书记关于全面深化改革的重要论述聚焦于全面深化改革与中国式现代化、中国共产党、社会主义之间的关系,深刻回答了为什么要全面深化改革。在理论之维,习近平总书记关于全面深化改革的重要论述聚焦于改革主体、改革进程、改革方式和改革内容,全面揭示了什么是全面深化改革。在实践之维,习近平总书记关于全面深化改革的重要论述聚焦于制度构建、方法设计和政策协调,系统阐释了怎样进一步全面深化改革。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on comprehensively deepening reform has put forward a se⁃ries of new and significant theoretical perspectives on reform,creatively enriching and developing socialist reform theory.In the dimension of time,General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on comprehensively deepening reform focuses on the rela⁃tionship between comprehensively deepening reform and Chinese-style modernization,the Communist Party of China(CPC)and socialism,and profoundly answers why comprehensively deepening reform is necessary.In the dimension of theory,General Sec⁃retary Xi Jinping's important exposition on comprehensively deepening reform focuses on the main body of reform,the process of reform,the way of reform and the content of reform,and comprehensively reveals what comprehensively deepening reform is.In the dimension of practice,General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on comprehensively deepening reform focuses on system construction,method design and policy coordination,and systematically explains how to further comprehensively deepen reform.
