摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会正式提出推动科技创新和产业创新融合发展。科技创新是形成新质生产力的核心引擎,产业创新是形成新质生产力的关键载体。科技创新与产业创新深度融合的根本在于通过二者的深度渗透、耦合与重塑,以“科技-产业-生产力”的创新范式系统性变革提升生产力的现代化水平。新阶段二者深度融合的关键在于明晰总体框架,以深度融合的前提、基础、关键、途径、方式、方向这六个维度一体化凝聚创新合力,提升融合质效。为此,应依托科技体制和经济体制的深化改革,实体经济和数字经济的深度融合,创新链、产业链、资金链、人才链的四链融合,高水平科技自立自强和高水平对外开放的战略协同为科技创新与产业创新深度融合开辟全新路径,以此牵引国家创新体系和现代化产业体系协同培育新质生产力,为扎实推进中国式现代化提供战略支撑。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee formally proposed promoting the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.Technological innovation is the core engine for forming new quality produc⁃tive forces,while industrial innovation is the key carrier.The fundamental basis for the in-depth integration of technological in⁃novation and industrial innovation lies in the deep penetration,coupling and reshaping of the two,and increasing the moderniza⁃tion level of productivity through the systemic change of the innovation paradigm of"technology--industry--productive force".The key to the in-depth integration of the two lies in clarifying the overall framework,integrating the prerequisites,foundations,key points,approaches,methods,and directions into a unified innovation driving force,enhancing the quality and efficiency of in⁃tegration.Therefore,China should rely on the deep reform of the science and technology system and the economic system,the deep integration of digital economy and real economy,the integration of innovation chain,industrial chain,capital chain,and tal⁃ent chain,the combination of high-level science and technology self-reliance and high-level openness to open up new paths for the in-depth integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.In this way,the national innovation system and the modernized industrial system will collaborate to cultivate new quality productive forces and provide strategic support for the solid advancement of Chinese-style modernization.
