圈层化网络社交生态下社交媒体用户话语建构及媒介审视

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展,网络社交生态日益呈现圈层化特征。在圈层化网络社交中,社交媒体用户通过特定话语体系在圈内构建身份认同,制定和协商社交规范与关系,共同塑造对外部世界的认知框架。信息传播在圈层内部遵循“核心节点-桥节点-长尾节点”的复杂网状模式,确保了信息的有效流通。而在圈层之间,信息传播则更多地依赖于中介节点的有限且选择性互动,一定程度上限制了信息的跨圈层流动。圈层化虽增强了社群凝聚力,但也导致了信息茧房效应,用户困入同质信息,排斥异见,跨圈层交流受阻,公共舆论领域被削弱,私人性过度膨胀,且用户窥探欲增强,网络交往趋向野蛮无序。因此,必须正视圈层化带来的双重影响,关注跨圈层对话,以维护网络社交的健康与多元。With the advancement of Internet technology,the network social ecology is increasingly characterized by stratification.In stratified network social interactions,social media users construct identity recognition within their circles through specific discourse systems,formulate and negotiate social norms and relationships,and jointly shape cognitive frameworks of the external world.Information dissemination within the circle follows a complex web pattern of"core nodes-bridge nodes-long-tail nodes,"ensuring the effective circulation of information.However,between circles,information dissemination relies more on the limited and selective interactions of intermediary nodes,which to some extent restricts the cross-circle flow of information.Stratification,while enhancing community cohesion,also leads to the cocoon effect,where users are trapped in homogeneous information,reject dissenting views,cross-circle communication is hindered,the public opinion field is weakened,privacy is excessively inflated,and users'curiosity is enhanced,leading to a barbaric and disorderly trend in online interactions.Therefore,it is necessary to face the dual impacts brought by stratification,pay attention to cross-circle dialogue,and maintain the health and diversity of network social interactions.
