摘　　要：HBV感染的年龄、疾病严重程度及不同的治疗方案,与HBV感染者的疾病进展和临床结局,如HBeAg/HBsAg转阴、肝硬化、肝癌及HBV相关死亡的发生率等密切相关。文章探讨了以上因素等对HBV感染临床结局的影响,以及部分特殊人群HBV感染者的临床转归。The age at which HBV infection occurs,the patient's disease status and different treatment options all are closely related to the disease development and clinical outcomes of HBV-infected individuals,such as the incidence of HBeAg/HBsAg seroconversion,liver cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,and HBV-related death.This article discussed the influence of the above factors on the clinical prognosis of HBV infection,and the clinical outcome of some special population infectedwithHBV.
