摘　　要：猴痘病毒(Mpox Virus,MPXV)是一种能引起人畜共患病的正痘病毒(Orthopoxvirus,OPXV),与天花病毒(Variola Virus,VARV)同属,其宿主范围较广,人与动物感染率均较高。因此,对MPXV快速、准确诊断与筛查是防控工作中的重要一项。本文就MPXV实验室检测方法的研究进展以及各个方法的优缺点进行总结,为我国防范猴痘疫情传入风险、制定有效措施和研发检测方法等工作提供参考。Mpox virus(MPXV)is a type of orthopoxvirus(OPXV)that can cause zoonotic diseases in humans and animals.It belongs to the same genus as variola virus(VARV)and has a wide host range,with high infection rates in both humans and animals.The rapid and accurate diagnosis and screening of MPXV is an important task in the prevention and control of many zoonotic diseases.This article summarizes the research progress of MPXV laboratory detection methods and the advantages and disadvantages of each method,aiming to provide technical reference for China's mpox epidemic prevention and control and research and development of detection methods.
