摘 要:本研究采用QuEChERs方法作为样品前处理方法,配合气相色谱仪对芒果中9种杀虫剂的农药残留量进行分析检测。结果显示,9种杀虫剂的最低定量限为0.005 mg/kg,满足国家标准对食品中农药最大残留限量,且相关系数在0.999以上;对空白样品进行3水平加标(n=6)检测,其回收率在83.0%~118.5%范围内,相对标准偏差在1.80%~11.21%之间。实际样品的加标检测结果表明,该方法前处理步骤简单、重现性好,缩短了检测时间,并且具有较高的灵敏度、准确度,分离效果好,能够满足实验室快速检测的需求。This study adopts the QuEChERs method as a sample pretreatment method for detection of pesticide residues of 9 pesticides in mango,and analyzes and detects the residues by gas chromatograph.The results showed that the minimum quantitative limit of 9 pesticides was 0.005 mg/kg,which met the national standard for the maximum residue limit of pesticides in food,and the correlation coefficient is above 0.999;The recovery rate was within the range of 83.0% to 118.5%,and the relative standard deviation was between 1.80% and 11.21%.The test results of actual samples showed that the method had the advantages of simple pre-processing steps,good reproducibility,short detection time,high sensitivity,accuracy and good separation effect,and could meet the needs of rapid laboratory detection.
