摘　　要：实现各民族全方位嵌入不仅是促进各民族交往交流交融的应然原则,也是将铸牢中华民族共同体意识抓实、抓细、抓落地的实然路径,亟须在国家战略层面实现理论与实践创新。城市群战略与各民族全方位嵌入在理论基础、核心理念与逻辑机理等方面存在密切关联。城市群战略在空间、经济、文化、社会、心理等实践维度,能够有效促进各民族全方位嵌入。新时代,应把各民族全方位嵌入的理念深度融入城市群规划的全过程,立足政策红利优势、资源整合特色以及现代社区理念,为城市民族工作高质量发展提供有力的理论依据与决策参考。Achieving the comprehensive integration of all ethnic groups is not only a normative principle for promoting interac-tion,exchange,and integration among ethnic groups but also a practical approach to solidifying the sense of community for the Chi-nese nation.This necessitates theoretical and practical innovation at the national strategy level.Urban agglomeration strategies are closely associated with the theoretical foundation,core concepts,and logical mechanisms of comprehensive ethnic integration.These strategies,across spatial,economic,cultural,social,and psychological dimensions,can effectively promote the integration of all ethnic groups.In the new era,the concept of comprehensive integration should be deeply embedded into the entire process of urban agglomeration planning,leveraging policy advantages,resource integration,and modern community principles to provide strong theo-retical support and decision-making references for the high-quality development of urban ethnic work.
