融嵌—共生:民族互嵌型社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识——基于G省H社区的个案分析

摘　　要：民族互嵌型社区作为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键场域,是促进各民族间深度交往交流交融的微观基石。研究聚焦G省H社区的典型个案,深入剖析其“融嵌”进程的外在表现。研究发现,社区空间规划的有序布局、民族文化的深度交融、民生经济的稳定增长、社会力量的多维嵌入以及心理层面的情感共鸣,共同构筑民族互嵌型社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的前提框架。基于此,有必要剖析民族和谐“共生”的内在机理,即党建引领、利益嵌合、资源联结和政策兜底的保障机制,为社区各族居民从“融嵌”状态向“共生”境界的跨越提供了坚实的制度支撑。实践表明,民族互嵌型社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识是一项全面性、整体性、协同性的工作,需要从多维度、全方位、宽领域等系统性展开,以构建和谐稳定的民族关系。Ethnic embedded communities serve as critical venues for forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation and as micro-foundations for fostering deep interaction,exchange,and integration among ethnic groups.This study focuses on a typical case in H Community,G Province,analyzing the external manifestations of its“integration”process.The findings reveal that the or-derly layout of community spatial planning,deep cultural integration among ethnic groups,stable growth of livelihoods,multi-dimensional embedding of social forces,and emotional resonance at the psychological level collectively establish the founda-tional framework for ethnic embedded communities to strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Based on these find-ings,it is essential to analyze the internal mechanisms of ethnic harmony and“symbiosis”,including the guidance of party build-ing,interest integration,resource connections,and policy guarantees.These mechanisms provide robust institutional support for res-idents of all ethnic groups to transition from a state of“integration”to“symbiosis”.Practice demonstrates that building the sense of community for the Chinese nation in ethnic embedded communities is a comprehensive,holistic,and coordinated effort.It requires systematic efforts from multiple dimensions,across all domains,and in wide-ranging fields to construct harmonious and stable eth-nic relations.
