摘　　要：2022年10月欧洲甲状腺学会发布了关于儿童甲状腺结节和分化型甲状腺癌的诊治指南,就儿童和成人分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)在临床表现、分子标志物、病理特征、治疗选择等差异性等方面展开讨论。与往年指南相比,该指南更强调分子检测和靶向治疗的应用前景、多学科合作管理以及个体化诊疗。本文旨在介绍并解读该儿童指南的要点,同时探讨与国内外其他指南的差异部分,从而为临床医师及相关研究者提供借鉴。The European Thyroid Association(ETA)published the Management Guidelines for Children with Thyroid Nodules and Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma in October,2022.The differences between children and adults with differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC)in clinical manifestations,molecular markers,pathological characteristics,treatment options,and other aspects are discussed in this guideline.Compared with previous guidelines,the new guidelines put more emphasis on the application prospects of molecular testing and targeted therapy,multidisciplinary management,and individualized precise diagnosis and treatment.This paper will introduce the guidelines and discuss the differences between other domestic and foreign guidelines in order to assist clinicians to better manage pediatric patients with thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
