摘  要:目的评价融合蛋白AL-3AA对耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)的体外抗菌活性。方法通过最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、抗菌活性测定、时间杀菌曲线和扫描电镜分析AL-3AA的体外抗菌活性。结果AL-3AA对CRKP的MIC为6.5μmol·L^(-1),60 min内可使菌量降低3.74个对数单位,杀菌能力呈时间依赖性,可破坏细菌细胞壁。结论AL-3AA对CRKP具明显的体外抗菌活性。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of fusion protein AL-3AA against carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP).METHODS The in vitro antibacterial activity of AL-3AA was analyzed by minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC),antibacterial activity assay,time-kill curve and scanning electron microscope.RESULTS The MIC of AL-3AA against CRKP was 6.5μmol·L^(-1).AL-3AA reduced the bacterial load by 3.74 logarithmic units in 60 minutes,showed time-dependent antibacterial ability,and could destroy the cell wall of the bacteria.CONCLUSION AL-3AA showed significant in vitro antibacterial activity against CRKP.
