摘　　要：中药生物碱具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等广泛的药理活性。现总结近年来苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、苦豆碱、小檗碱、白屈菜红碱、石蒜碱等常见中药天然生物碱的药理作用和临床应用,为其后续深入研究提供参考。The alkaloids of traditional Chinese medicine have been demonstrated to possess a diverse range of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifibrotic, antitumor and immunomodulatory effects. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of matrine, oxymatrine, aloperine, berberine, chelerythrine, lycorine and other commonly occurring natural alkaloids of Chinese medicine in recent years. This is intended to provide a foundation for further research in this field.
