摘  要:黄芪-丹参药对的主要成分包括皂苷类、有机酸类、黄酮类、醌类等化合物,具有降低心肌纤维化、抑制心室重构、减轻心肌细胞凋亡和损伤、减轻心肌炎性反应、抑制心肌细胞收缩、减慢心率、促进心脏新生血管的生成、调节心肌细胞能量代谢、调节血脂代谢、参与血压调节等作用。现综述黄芪-丹参药对防治心血管疾病的作用及机制,以期为临床安全合理用药及新药研发提供参考。The principal components of the Astragalus membranaceus-Salvia miltiorrhiza pair(ASP) include saponins, organic acids, flavonoids, and quinones, which possess various effects including the reduction of myocardial fibrosis, the inhibition of ventricular remodeling, the alleviation of myocardial cell apoptosis and damage, and so forth. The components of ASP have been observed to attenuate myocardial inflammatory reactions, inhibit myocardial cell contraction, slow heart rate, promote the generation of new blood vessels in the heart, regulate myocardial cell energy metabolism and lipid metabolism, and participate in blood pressure regulation. This article reviews the role and mechanisms of ASP in preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases based on literature research, aiming to provide a reference for the safe and rational clinical use of drugs, as well as for the development of new drugs.
