摘 要:目的分析武汉市汉阳区8~10岁儿童和孕妇碘营养情况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法将汉阳区按地理位置分为东、西、南、北、中5个区域,2021—2024年分别在各区域进行随机抽样,抽取8~10岁非寄宿学生和孕妇尿样及家庭食用盐样。采用R 4.3.0软件进行统计学分析,盐碘、尿碘含量比较采用非参数(Kruskal-Wallis H)检验,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果2021—2024年共采集食盐及尿样1200份,其中儿童800份,孕妇400份;合格碘盐食用率分别为90.67%、97.67%、95.33%和92.00%。儿童尿碘值<100μg/L的占28.88%(231/800),100~<200μg/L的占25.38%(203/800),200~<300μg/L的占19.38%(155/800),≥300μg/L的占26.38%(211/800);孕妇尿碘<150μg/L的占54.25%。结论汉阳区8~10岁儿童及孕妇碘营养状况总体符合适宜水平,儿童尿碘低和过量的占比较高,孕妇尿碘<150μg/L占比较高,需引起重视。Objective To analyze the iodine nutrition status of 8-10-year-old children and pregnant women in Hanyang District,Wuhan,so as to provide a basis for timely targeted prevention and control measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies.Methods Hanyang District was divided into five regions based on east,west,south,north and center.From 2021 to 2024,random sampling was conducted in each region to collect urine and household salt samples from non-boarding 8-10-year-old students and pregnant women for iodine content detection.Statistical analysis was performed using R version 4.3.0.The nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare salt iodine and urine iodine contents across groups.The chi-square(χ^(2))test was employed to compare proportions.Results A total of 1200 samples of salt and urine were collected from 2021 to 2024,including 800 samples from children and 400 samples from pregnant women.The qualified iodized salt consumption rates were 90.67%,97.67%,95.33%and 92.00%,respectively.Among children,28.88%(231/800)had urine iodine levels<100μg/L,25.38%(203/800)had levels between 100 and 200μg/L,19.38%(155/800)had levels between 200 and 300μg/L,and 26.38%(211/800)had levels≥300μg/L.Among pregnant women,54.25%had urine iodine levels<150μg/L.Conclusion The overall iodine nutrition status of 8-10-year-old children and pregnant women in Hanyang District was generally appropriate.However,a relatively high proportion of children had low or excessive urine iodine levels,and a high proportion of pregnant women had urine iodine levels<150μg/L,which warrants attention.
