摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省定西市安定区重点人群儿童及孕妇的碘营养状况,掌握安定区碘缺乏病防控现状,及时调整防治策略。方法按照《甘肃省碘缺乏病监测方案(2016版)》,2017—2023年每年在全区范围内监测儿童及孕妇盐碘、尿碘水平,同时采用B超法监测儿童甲状腺容积。结果2017—2023年共监测8~10岁儿童1423名、孕妇732名;采集盐样2155份,盐碘中位数为24.96 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为99.54%,合格碘盐食用率为92.06%;8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为185.6μg/L,孕妇尿碘中位数为176.5μg/L,8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率为1.34%。结论安定区碘缺乏病处于持续消除状态,重点关注人群为孕妇,今后应继续做好碘营养状况监测并加强孕期合理碘营养宣传教育力度。Objective To learn about the iodine nutritional status and the trend of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)in key populations in Anding District of Dingxi City,to provide basis for the formulation of IDD prevention and control strategies.Methods According to the"Monitoring Program of IDD in Gansu Province(2016 Edition)",the urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 years and pregnant women,goiter in children and the iodine concentration in salt were detected from 2017 to 2023.Results A total of 1423 children aged 8 to 10 years and 732 pregnant women were investigated,and a total of 2155 edible salt samples were collected,the median of salt iodine was 24.96 mg/kg,coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.54%,consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 92.06%;the median urinary iodine(MUI)of children was 185.6μg/L,the MUI of pregnant women was 176.5μg/L,the children's goiter rate was 1.34%.Conclusion IDD is in a state of continuous elimination in Anding District of Dingxi City,with the focus on pregnant women.In the future,efforts should be continued to monitor iodine nutritionl status and strengthen education on rational iodine nutrition during pregnancy.
