摘  要:针对冰雪灾害导致的高铁列车大面积晚点问题,构建了在冰雪灾害场景下的两阶段列车运行调整模型。第一阶段以列车晚点时间最小为优化目标,以列车实际运行中所要遵守的到发、运行、停站规则等为约束条件,第二阶段以调整后列车偏离原定到发线程度之和最小为目标,以到发线占用不冲突为约束,运用基于yalmip,调用CPLEX软件进行求解。结合京沪高速铁路的实际情况,设计了高铁大面积晚点的情形,运用本文建立的列车运行调整模型,设计了调整后的列车运行图。结果表明冰雪天气发生在运行前期的影响大于运行中期,且到发线运用计划的调整在一定程度上减少了晚点时间,运行结果均在250s内给出,验证了本文所提出的运行调整建模方法的可行性。Aiming at the problem of large-scale late trains of high-speed railways caused by snow and ice disasters,a two-stage train operation adjustment model is constructed under snow and ice disaster scenarios.The first stage takes the minimum late train time as the optimization objective,and the arrival and departure,operation and stopping rules to be observed in the actual operation of the train as the constraints;the second stage takes the minimum sum of the degree of deviation of the adjusted train from the original arrival and departure lines as the objective,and the non-conflict of the arrival and departure line occupation as the constraints,and uses the yalmip-based,CPLEX-called software to solve the problem.Combined with the actual situation of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railroad,the scenario of high-speed railroads being late in a large area is designed,and the train operation adjustment model established in this paper is utilized to design the adjusted train operation chart.The results show that the impact of ice and snow weather occurring in the pre running period is greater than that in the mid-running period,and the adjustment of the arrival and departure line operation plan reduces the late time to a certain extent,and the operation results are all given within 250s,which verifies the feasibility of the operation adjustment modeling method proposed in this paper.
