摘  要:我国从1989年开始施行停车配建标准,强调建立以配建停车位为主的供给政策,各省市相应制订本市停车配建标准。目前我国地级市及以上城市已经普遍制订停车配建标准。通过对比我国38个主要城市现行停车配建标准,总结其体系框架应包括建筑物分类、停车分区、停车位类型、配建指标取值、配建指标裁量、设施设备要求、交通设计要求等七部分内容。各城市在标准具体内容要求上有许多差异,建议提高停车配建标准的规范性、适应性和共享性。China began to implement off-street parking requirements(PRs)in 1989,emphasizing the establishment of a parking supply policy based on the off-street parking spaces,and each province and city formulated local PRs.At present,China's prefecture-level and above cities have generally formulated PRs.By comparing the current PRs of 38 major cities in China,the paper concludes that the framework should include seven parts:building classification,parking zone,parking space type,requirements value setting,value discretion,parking facility requirements,traffic design requirements.There are many differences in the specific content of each city,and it is suggested to improve the standardization,adaptability and sharing of off-street parking requirements.
