摘  要:纯电池动力的内河集装箱船舶在未来一段时期内有较好的应用场景。为解决补能问题,本文结合当前船舶建造现状和充换电设施发展情况,通过综合分析充电、换电模式的优劣性和可行性,探寻当前充换电设施布局存在的冲突,并以江苏为例,从资源利用、规划建设、安全管理等方向提出布局思路和政策建议。Pure battery powered inland container ships will have a good application scenario in the future period.In order to solve the problem of replenishing energy,this research combines the current construction status of ships and the development of charging and replacing facilities,explores the conflicts existing in the current layout of charging and replacing facilities through a comprehensive analysis of the pros and cons and feasibility of charging and replacing modes,and puts forward layout ideas and policy suggestions from the directions of resource utilization,planning and construction,and safety management,taking Jiangsu as an example.
