摘  要:为实现机场出租车高效运营,综合考虑出租车和旅客在服务系统中的排队情况,基于排队论思想对出租车排队和旅客排队问题进行建模,创新性地对旅客乘车区到达率进行数学建模;以郑州机场为例进行案例分析以获取不同时段的出租车服务系统选择方案。首先基于实际进场出租车和旅客到港情况,应用SPSS获取出租车和旅客到达的时间函数关系式,基于上述模型,使用LINGO分别计算出单排位多服务台、双排位多服务台两种排队系统下的最优排队方案,最终得出:当旅客到达处于高峰期时,选定出租车排队服务系统为单排位6服务台,当旅客到达处于平峰期时,选定出租车排队服务系统为单排位5服务台为最优方案的结论,并进而得出旅客流量变化下的出租车动态调度方案。In order to achieve efficient and reasonable operation of airport taxis,this paper comprehensively considers the queuing situation of taxis and passengers in the service system,and models the problem of taxi queuing and passenger queuing based on queuing theory.The innovative mathematical expression of the arrival rate of passengers in the passenger loading area is presented.Taking Zhengzhou Airport as an example for case analysis,the selection scheme of taxi service system in different time periods is obtained.First,based on the actual arrival situation of taxis and passengers,the time function of taxi and passenger arrival are obtained by SPSS.Then Based on the above model,the optimal queuing schemes for single-row multi-desk and double row multi-desk are calculated using LINGO.Finally,it is concluded that when passengers arrive at the peak,the taxi queuing service system is selected as the single row 6 service desk;when passengers arrive at the low peak,the taxi queuing service system is selected as the single row 5 service desk as the optimal scheme,and then the dynamic taxi scheduling scheme under the change of passenger flow is obtained.
